Overage is billed per call at a small flat rate, or bring your own carrier and pay telephony at cost with no Ony markup. We never block a safety call because you hit a limit.
On any paid plan you can connect your own Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or SignalWire account. Ony places calls through it, you pay the carrier directly at their rates, and Ony adds no telephony markup. You only pay the per-seat platform fee.
